Reporting a wrong result
Because the method is written down rather than hidden, an error report is easy to act on. Gradlivo works on the principle that it sums each category's weighted contribution for the current grade, then solves the weighted average backwards for the final-exam score that would land on the target — so the answer accounts for however much of the course is still outstanding, so when a figure disagrees with your own working, one of the two has slipped. Send both and we will find out which.
